Results

In recognition of her astute on and off-field performances, Imogen was named as official team captain in the Spring of 2020, becoming just the second-ever internationalist to lead the team as skipper – before being re-elected for the following season where she has since gone on to graduate with a degree in European History.

Meet Imogen

A graduate of the prestigious St Columbus School in the West of Scotland, Imogen’s field hockey career started from a young age, playing for both the first XI school team as well as local Kelburne Hockey Club alongside fellow FirstPoint USA alum Maddie Cleat.

A former captain of Scotland’s South West team, representing both the U16 and U18 squads between 2014 and 2016, Imogen’s standout performances earned her a place in the Scotland National Development squad, before being selected to the full U16s team for key matchups against Wales, Ireland, and England – joining the team as part of a European tournament in the Netherlands.

Following a successful stint within the U16s squad, Imogen was called-up to join Scotland’s U18 team and found huge success as part of their winning run to the Tri-Nations tournament against Wales and Switzerland.

Joining FirstPoint USA and committing to Ivy League institution Yale in 2017, Imogen topped off her inaugural campaign with a place on the second team All-Ivy League, the NFHCA National Academic Squad, and led the team in assists with six on the season.

Imogen showed no signs of slowing in her sophomore or junior years, once again securing All-Ivy League status in both seasons and a second consecutive NFHCA National Academic Squad selection on the way to a 13th place spot on the NCAA assist leader board in 2019.
