First up on Wednesday 9 April, we are delighted to welcome guest speaker Brad Fullarton from Ambition Sports Psychology, who will be discussing 'The Importance of Sports Psychology in Coping with the Pressures of Being an Elite Athlete'.

Next up, we’ll be joined by David Lasini, someone who brings vast experience of strength and conditioning and sports science from the world of elite level sport. David was Team GB HQ Performance Scientist and S&C Coach at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and Team GB Acting Lead for Performance Science across the Team GB’s three performance sites for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
He is currently Head of Strength and Conditioning at Sport Northern Ireland Sports Institute, with an impressive background of more than 30 years of expertise in elite athletic performance. Managing a team of coaches, he currently supports athletes across a vast range of Olympic, Paralympic, and Commonwealth sports, with a career spanning other roles at prestigious institutions within different sports, including Premiership rugby side Saracens and the Australian National Hockey teams.
