An elite pro development program, the team at Grove United are dedicated to nurturing and developing aspiring young talent. The Club is Richmond's leading academy program, with teams competing at the highest youth and pro-development level in the country in USL Academy, UPSL, UPSL Academy and EPSL. The program is also home to Grove United Pro, who play in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), featuring a dynamic roster of semi-pro, college, and top academy players.
With a player pathway spanning from U13 Academy level through to the U19 Academy, the club offers a unique, holistic and player-centric approach to player development, offering a fully comprehensive year-round program for aspiring players.
