We’ve teamed up with our partners at SW7 Academy to give prospective student-athletes some guidance and advice on the all important topic of match day nutrition. Working with their experts, they have developed an easy to follow guide designed to help prepare you before, during and after your matches.

Match day nutrition starts the day before a match, focused on 3 priorities:

  • Increase Carbohydrates
  • Hydrate
  • Rest and Recovery

The guide features examples of meals, drinks and snacks, including breakfasts, half-time and post-match.
