Meet Dominic
Dominic’s athletic journey began as a winger for the Swansea City Academy and Llanelli FC before he represented Wales in track and field and cross-country. Between 2016 and 2020, he achieved multiple national junior Welsh titles, British Cross Challenge medals, and a bronze medal at the British and Irish Junior Track Championships.
His academic and athletic career saw him earn a place at Loughborough University, where he competed in track and cross-country while gaining valuable performance analysis experience with Loughborough Lightning Rugby and Football, graduating with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Dominic then made the switch to the States, securing a full scholarship to NCAA DI Tennessee Tech University, where he became a 2-time All-Conference athlete for the Golden Eagles, completing an MSc in Exercise Science and Physiology.
Upon returning to Wales, he has worked as a sport scientist for the Welsh National Swim Team, supporting athletes in their Olympic qualification for Paris 2024, and as a performance consultant for Swansea University.
