Student Recruitment Coordinator

As the global leader in sports scouting and recruitment, FirstPoint work with over 2,500 US universities and private high schools to increase their domestic and international reach, whilst identifying suitable sporting and academic talent on their behalf, providing students with opportunities to enjoy life-changing experiences.

As we continue to expand our business, we are actively looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven recruitment expert to support our activities in the prestigious Private High School Education market and develop new client opportunities for families exploring this sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in promoting prestigious High School Education programs offered by top academies worldwide to families of students exploring opportunities in this sector.
  • Reach out to prospective students interested in studying abroad through outbound calls.
  • Maintain high-volume outbound calls daily, identifying potential clients and qualifying families for further sales engagement.
  • Schedule follow-up calls for qualified families with Admissions Specialists.
  • Offer insights on lead quality from various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to address customer needs.
  • Support the admissions team with email and text marketing initiatives.
  • Manage client portfolios and business development funnels efficiently using CRM tools.
  • Handle lead uploads, database maintenance, and business opportunity generation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled students and their parents, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Approach challenging situations with a positive mindset.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrolment paperwork.
  • Assist students in obtaining visas and study permits.
  • Develop strong relationships for generating personal referrals.
  • Work with other departments to ensure family satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events and briefings.
  • Be flexible to work afternoons (1pm-9pm CET) weekly.

requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Global perspective, outgoing personality with excellent energy and phone skills.
  • A passion for business development and customer service.
  • Proficient in time management, service-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to utilize digital tools like CRM and video chat for effective family and advisor support in the counselling process.
  • Enthusiasm for speaking with international families and appreciating cross-cultural experiences.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Preferably with study abroad and previous sales experience.

THE PACKAGE

c. €22,000 - €24,000 per annum

  • Full-time contract with a competitive base salary and an incentive plan.
