Sports Client Administrator

As the global leader in sports scouting and recruitment, FirstPoint works with over 2,500 US universities to increase their international reach and identify suitable sporting and academic talent on their behalf. Sports client administrators are responsible for a portfolio of clients, delivering both client care and support to help student-athletes and their families secure academic and sporting opportunities at US universities.
KEY TASKS:
- Manage the initial aspect of the ‘scholarship journey’ for client and their families
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a first-class experience.
- Collaborate with clients to create and maintain their FirstPoint Profile for the scholarship process.
- Collect and organise necessary paperwork and footage for admissions.
- Identify problem areas and highlight concerns to appropriate members of staff if needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients, simplifying complex information effectively.
- Liaise effectively with other departments within FirstPoint regarding updates and client advancement through the FirstPoint USA program.
- Managing/organizing expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and help organise athlete events throughout the year.
THE CANDIDATE
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to establish trust and manage relationships with clients and their families.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and empathetic, with strong time management abilities.
