FirstPoint USA are a sports agency that creates scholarship opportunities to universities in the United States for talented sportsmen and women. As the Global leader in sports scouting and recruitment, FirstPoint work with over 2,500 US universities to increase their international reach and identify suitable sporting and academic talent on their behalf.
We are on the lookout for dynamic Social Media Content Creator with a passion for storytelling through video, with specialist skills in TikTok and Instagram Reel content. We want you to become the face and voice of our social content, celebrating all things great about collegiate sport and student-athlete life in the States. You’ll enjoy creating great content, engaging with our audience and informing people about the life-changing opportunities within sport and education.

KEY TASKS
- Creating great quality content relevant and formatted for TikTok and Instagram channels
- Work collaboratively with student-athletes, partner organisations, universities, and brand ambassadors to develop content opportunities
- Create themed campaigns which engage, educate and inform our audiences
- Create video ads for paid marketing content and supporting our Paid Media Manager to develop successful campaigns which deliver ROI
- Attend and capture content from FirstPoint USA events, including trials, showcases and partner visits
- Work with our experts within the FirstPoint USA team to generate staff led content, including interviews, FAQs, insights and other student-athlete stories
- Identify new social media trends and adapt styles to ensure content stays relevant
- Edit video, graphics, audio and text to produce high quality content relevant to each channel
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of content
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop a social media content calendar aligned to key events, collegiate sports and student-athlete activities
Experience & Skills
- A proven track record in successful content creation on TikTok and Instagram
- Creative and able to bring ideas to life
- An ability to be in front of camera and present content is desirable
- Video Editing on TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident and energetic with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced always-on environment
- UK and international travel will be required
Experience and interest in sports is desirable though not essential. Please provide a reel of your social media content work to date as part of your application.

Salary
£28,000 - £35,000 commensurate with experience plus benefits package.
